Technical Consultant – Service Centre

Based in our Aberdeen, UK office within the Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in resolving technical issues relating to Mintra Group software solutions, both on-site and on hosted installations. Working closely with our system development and consultancy teams, you will be part of our global technical team responsible for supporting customers in the successful use of our systems and software.

Desired Experience and Skills:

Some of your responsibilities will include…
• Ensuring that customers receive excellent (prompt and efficient) customer service for any technical issues
• Monitoring system performance and analysing data
• Identifying priorities and new opportunities for system development
• Assisting with the onboarding of new customers
• Contributing to the creation of online documentation and guidance for customers self service

We’d like you to have…

• Experience with the installation and/or support of HR/payroll systems
• Desire to author technical documentation for online consumption document solutions
• Experience with Amazon WS or other cloud computing services
• Good commercial awareness
• A background working with Maritime and/or Oil & Gas customers
