We aim to work closely with the client’s Operational and Functional departments to interrogate their existing Business Management Systems, and ensure appropriate population of critical knowledge requirements into their Competence Management System.
Utilising our in-house industry subject matter experts, we offer to develop and manage competency profiles that are suitable for all roles. Competence profiles are formulated to ensure that all Safety Critical Tasks associated with an individual’s role are effectively measured, with the aim to deliver a clear indication of the health of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). We may also review existing competence profiles to simplify, rationalise and refocus intent.
MINTRA GROUP can identify and also provide any additional, or previously unidentified, training requirements to support the competence profiles, reducing the amount of training providers needed to train a competent staff.
Assessment and Verification
MINTRA GROUP can create individual assessment plans and provide accredited assessors for competence assurance. We can provide an internal verification service to document and verify the robustness of the assessment process.
