Consultant – Customer Service Centre, Bergen

Our office in Bergen is looking to add a new member to our Customer Service Delivery Team in Bergen as a Consultant for OCS HR solutions. The Consultant will work to deliver services to both Norwegian and international clients. The Service Delivery team are at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experience. The team ensures that our company delivers a quality product in every interaction with the customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support our customers in their day to day operation of the software
  • Advise and support the efficiency of usage with all our clients by understanding customers’ needs and challenges
  • The duties can be troubleshooting, customer guidance, testing new application releases, improving routines, keeping documentation up-to-date and work collaboratively with the teams across MINTRA GROUP

Desirable experience, competence and skills requirements:

  • 1 year work experience within HR and Crewing for Maritime and Oil & Gas industries
  • Support experience is desirable
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows products
  • Well versed in systems, process improvement and workflow
  • Distinctly service-oriented
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Relevant higher education or equivalent work experience
  • Global and Cultural awareness
  • Structured and systematic

  • High integrity with the courage to explore and challenge
