Mintra Group have a requirement for a Technical Consultant to be based in their Aberdeen office.
The Cloud Support Consultant is a 2nd level support operator acting as an escalation point to the 1st level team to enable them to perform their daily Helpdesk duties. They will primarily be responsible for monitoring, configuring and general upkeep of the Mintra Group cloud platform (AWS). Additionally, assisting Mintra Group’s clients by resolving complex issues and onboarding of new clients.
Candidates will be expected to hold a degree in IT/Technology and already have Technical Operations experience in an IT management role and experience with various platforms and systems including Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL, Amazon WS or other cloud computing services.
This role requires an individual who is customer focused has a systematic approach and strong analytical skills. This individual should also be flexible, willing to learn and be continuously working to increase their competence within tools, technology and methodology.
