Course Manager (Oil and Gas) – Aberdeen Office

Based in our Aberdeen office within the Content Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring our oil and gas learning content is kept up-to-date with current legislation and focussed on the needs of our customers and the wider Industry. Working closely with our sales and content development teams, you will be the focal point for all matters relating to our course portfolio and overall training requirements for the oil and gas sector.

Desired Experience and Skills:

Some of your responsibilities will include…

• Ensuring that all eLearning courses are kept up-to-date with current legislation and in line with best practice
• Monitoring course performance and analysing data
• Identifying priorities and new opportunities for course development
• Managing course accreditations within the Content Development Team

We’d like you to have…

• A background in training or learning
• Experience with company audits and compliance procedures
• Good commercial awareness
• A background in global oil and gas regulatory requirements and industry bodies

We can’t live without…

• Excellent knowledge of global oil and gas regulatory requirements
• A highly organised and structured approach to work
• Good awareness of the global industry bodies that regulate oil and gas activities
• Previous experience with global oil and gas training accreditation bodies
